ADSi Annual Report 2010-2011
AR1011

2010/2011 has brought about many interesting and exciting changes to ADSi and it is with great pleasure that I provide a brief snapshot into this financial year period. I joined ADSi in April 2010, and it continues to be a journey full of rewarding and often challenging experiences.

I am privileged to work with a dynamic team and with people who are immensely dedicated to the work that they do. As is common throughout this sector- are the extra contributions and self-sacrifice that people make without much reward and the calibre of people that exist within the team, is a true testament of their passion when it comes to servicing the needs of clients.

ADSi is continually affected by the dynamic political and social environments that surround our work context. Adjusting ourselves as an organisation is a constant demand to ensure better outcomes for our clients. Migration populations continue to experience growth in the Central Western Sydney areas and as a team we endeavour appropriately responsive as we can, given the complexities and experiences that our clients present to us.

In the period 2010/2011, the Organisational Review (2009) has allowed us to strengthen our internal processes and for me as the Acting Executive Officer, this continues to be a priority since my commencement in April 2010.
